Timer is a product we need to redesign

1. At scenario A, we changed the outlook of current product. The price of it didn’t increase.

2. At the second scenario, we totally changed the direction of innovation. Timer is not a product but a function of cooking stove. Because of the value added to stove, we increased the price of it. The price of each stove is much higher than a timer and even we just increased 3% of the stove price, we can get more profit than selling a timer.
